- Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Risk: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the delivery address provided.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
- Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the collection and replacement or refund of the item.
- Change of Mind: You may return unwanted goods within 7–14 days provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are generally the responsibility of the customer.
