Welcome to 4kal Media, a company that provides photography hire, 360 booth rental, and aluminum printing services. The following terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Service Agreement: We agree to provide you with the services you have requested, subject to these terms and conditions.
Payment: You agree to pay us the fees for the services you have requested. The fees will be as set out in our invoice to you.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel a booking for our services, you must do so at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel within 72 hours of the booking, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the fees. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking.
Liability: We will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage to your property or any personal injury that you may suffer.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to the photographs we take, the 360 booth rental services we provide, and the aluminum prints we create, are owned by us.
Confidentiality: We will treat all of your personal information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country where we operate.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions: We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms and conditions on our website or by other means.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties.
